Professional experience
Cătălin Dima has accumulated significant experience both in the legal field and in management in his career spanning over 27 years, started ever since he was a student. This way, Cătălin Dima has performed a rich activity, with high complexity level, in positions as:
- attorney practicing business law;
- manager of legal activity;
- executive officer in a multinational group in the telecommunications field, former leader on the Romanian market;
- manager in the field of governmental relations;
- manager in the field of communications and public relations.
During his activity, Cătălin Dima has successfully coordinated teams of Romanian and foreign attorneys in projects having a major impact over the clients’ business. Also, he has ensured, in various complex projects, the coordination of both the work in the legal field and in other fields of activity in close connection, such as crisis communication and liaison with various public institutions and mass-media.
Cătălin Dima holds a solid practice in the field of Electronic Communications Law, Competition Law, Commercial and Companies Law and Labor Law.
